Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the type of booking and the cancellation rules set by the club. You can always review the applicable cancellation window and any fees during the booking flow.
Cancellation window
If the club allows cancellation, you must cancel within the stated timeframe using the app/website (or the club’s accepted channel). After the window ends, cancellations and refunds are generally not available.
Service fees
If a platform/service fee is charged, it may be non-refundable when you cancel a reservation. Where a public match is cancelled (e.g., insufficient players or court unavailability), the service fee is generally refunded.
Club wallets / stored balance
Amounts paid from a club wallet balance are typically non-refundable once the wallet has been used. Where permitted, wallet purchase cancellation is only possible within a short period after purchase and only if the wallet has not been used at all.
No-show for public matches
If a participant does not attend a public match, other players may report it. After verification, attendees may be reimbursed and the no-show participant may be charged according to the applicable rules.
Late arrival
If the group chooses to wait and play, the booking is treated as fulfilled and refunds do not apply. If the group declares a no-show (where allowed), the no-show procedure and related charges may apply.
On-site issues
For problems related to court condition, club-provided information, or services delivered at the venue, refund requests must be addressed to the club, since the club is responsible for the facility and service delivery.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, processing time depends on the original payment method and your bank/payment provider.
