The actual activities are provided by clubs and facilities, which are separate third parties. Club-specific rules (including cancellation rules) may apply to each booking.

Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. Users aged 13–17 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Accurate information

You must provide correct contact details and keep them updated. Fraudulent or misleading activity may result in cancellation of bookings and restriction of access.

Proper use & conduct

Use the service respectfully and fairly. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, score manipulation, or misuse of the platform may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

Results & matchmaking features

Some features (such as levels, ratings, and match results) may be updated based on gameplay history, confirmations, peer feedback, or coach assessments. We may void results if parties cannot reach agreement using the in-app confirmation process.

Facility responsibility

Clubs are responsible for court condition, amenities, schedules, and the accuracy of information they publish (photos, descriptions, availability, etc.). Please report on-site issues directly to the club; we may assist with communication when appropriate.

Payments

Prices and fees (including any platform service fee) are shown during checkout. Available payment methods depend on the club and your location. In split-payment scenarios, unpaid amounts may trigger account restrictions until settled.

Third-party services

Some functions may rely on third-party tools (such as embedded content or external payment providers). Their own terms and conditions may also apply.

Intellectual property & content

The website and app content and branding are protected. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only and must not copy or republish protected materials without permission.

Safety & liability

Sports involve inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and should take appropriate precautions. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising at clubs or during play, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms at any time and may suspend or terminate access if the Terms are breached. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
